As a close quarters combat expert and former top-tier sales performer, Harris has witnessed firsthand the significance of maintaining a strong, healthy, and positive mindset. As a motivational speaker and sales performance trainer, he connects with his audience using authentic and passionate storytelling from his highly diverse life experiences. Harris inspires, encourages, and challenges others to attain the life they want by using what they already possess!


Prior to transitioning to a very successful sales career, Chris Harris taught elite combatives for 25 years to federal agencies, the military, and special forces. As a sales professional, he took the same resilient mindset principles he had taught to warriors around the world and applied them to selling. This provided Harris with a powerful differentiator that elevated him to the ranks of the sales elite in just a few short years. He now teaches these same time-honored and battle-tested principles to those who want to win the mental game and conquer their quota.


Chris Harris is the founder of Roku Jutsu™, which is an elite system of close quarters combat he created in 1993 for the purpose of training federal agencies, the military, and special forces. Before retiring his black belt, Harris devoted 25 years to teaching as an independent contractor for the United States and its global allies. He is the author of six books, including I Go Thru™ and The Complete Idiot’s Guide to Self-Defense. He is the inventor of several U.S. patented products related to personal safety and a U.S. military veteran.


Chris Harris is the author of six books, including The Complete Idiot’s Guide to Self-Defense and I Go Thru™. He is also the author of Phase Selling™ for Additive Manufacturing, which is the only comprehensive sales methodology currently available that was created specifically for the additive manufacturing sales industry. Harris’s seventh book is titled Resilient Selling™ and will be released in May '21. Here, Harris teaches sales professionals how to achieve their goals by applying the same resilient mindset principles he had taught to warriors as a combatives instructor.
